Here are some cards I made up (many thanks to Bearcave for the background image).  To save the full resolution 300dpi images, right click any of the images below and select "Save Target As..."

If you have any requests for changes, please email me and I'll make one up.

Below is version "A" which is slightly different from the original, but uses the same font on the entire card.

Version "B" is very close to the original.

And here are both versions with a different background.
