Just to clarify - according to what I believe...
No one has ordered yet. People are just being asked to return the letter of interest - there is nothing binding on either party. If there appears to be enough interest then they will move forward and figure out/disclose the terms and take orders and probably payments.
I sent my letter of interest in, but don't know if I will order a KP when the time comes. |
