I spoke with Gene and the project manager (TOG) at Expo. They need to confirm that all the boards can be made / remade. They are working with vendors to determine the viability of that. It sounds like things still look very good. The vendors need to provide samples that can be tested in a few machines to ensure 100% functionality. Once that hurdle is crossed then the project can proceed full steam ahead and deposits would be requested around that time.
