I wanted to change games so I performed a SafeClear in accordance with manual instructions (Peripheral Memory Board II). After rebooting the machine, the Out of Service stoppage was displayed. I then attempted to invoke MMS in accordance with the manual instructions. The screen displays "Starting MMS ..." but nothing else happens after that. I have tried re-doing the SafeClear and re-trying to invoke MMS, but I consistently get the same result. Any ideas _________________ Ed Parks |

Your EEPROM chip needs to be reprogramed. It's corrupted which causes the MMS to lockup etc.
PM me if you want help reprograming it. |

You can also try doing a Safe Clear with switches 4 AND 6 at the same time. If that doesn't fix it, then the EEPROM will need reprogramming as previously stated. _________________ Robert
