On a previous post I listed the model numbers of the lcd monitor and the 3m touchscreen. After switching the pins on the touchscreen connector to get the orientation right, It works great. I would like to thank Robert and everyone on this site for all the help over the years. A special thanks to
Mr.Z for helping me. I would be glad to answer any questions about the retrofit.

Robert,
Do you know which two pins are reversed to get the right orientation for the touch screen to calibrate?

I believe he switched the wires for X and Y. It's probably best to go from this picture -
