Hey gang! I've got a little puzzle here. I have a multi-game drive (Barracuda) that keeps locking up. The game runs fine for about an hour and then locks up. When I look at the error log it mentions something about a WATCHDOG at the time it reboots. It will then reboot continuously three times until the game is taken out of service.
One more thing....It also mentions that it can not open one of the files on the drive.
I tried a full safe clear and that did not help any.
Does this sound like a drive overheating to you? Or some other issue.
Right now I have another drive in and it seems okay so far. |

That was almost 14 years ago! Heck if I remember.
It just reminds me that one of those drives down there is likely bad! |
