What is the best way to store hard drives? Line them up like books on a self or can I stack them on top of each other? Also can the two different peripheral boards be interchanged with each other? Is one better than the other? _________________ ODYSSEY LIVES !!!! ^,^ |

Hard drives should be stored in anti-static bags. They can be stacked on top of one another as long as there is padding between the drives since there is exposed circuitry that could possibly be physically damaged if stored improperly.
The peripheral board types are completely interchangeable. The changes were made to the Type 2 so that the status code could be displayed more clearly. Also, the DIP switches were moved to the edge of the card to provide better access. Personally, these are the reasons I like the Type 2 cards better. _________________ Robert
