OK...let's get things rolling with this forum!
I've got a problem with my bill stacker constantly jamming. Turning the gears on the stacker by hand is pretty difficult. I've tried lubing it with silicon but it doesn't seem to help. Any other ideas? |

Which bill acceptor do you have? I've noticed this problem a lot with the Mars ZT1000. That acceptor seems to operate in slow motion, probably because it's not the exact match for the Odyssey and the voltages are slightly different.
The only real fix for the above is to replace it with a ZT1101, which is the correct acceptor for these machines. I have heard of others running non-Mars acceptors, but it's fairly rare. _________________ Robert

I have the 1101. The problem isn't really with the bill acceptor though. It's the stacker...it just seems like it's really gummed up and I've tried lubricating it to no avail. |

Is it the stacker or the cash can that's gummed up? I have extra cash cans and can probably get a stacker unit. _________________ Robert
