Lift the playfield up a bit so you can see under there good. Then move the flipper by hand, see if it is actually catching on the EOS points. If so the easiest cure is a longer point. LTG |

On Marco's site they are called micro. Get the switch out of there and check it with a meter, if it's working, you could have a poor connection, loose wire, etc. at another switch on the same row or c ... |

POWER OFF. The top point blade with the spoon should just be resting on the pop bumper skirt rod, the bottom point should be about 1/16 of an inch lower. Be sure both points are clean. Then try a game ... |

Big connector is prone to the pins coming off the DMD having broken solder joints. Not the ribbon cable.
Sorry for the confusion, I thought by big connector would differentiate it from the ribbon ca ... |

Cold solder joints first, especially the big connector. Try a different DMD after that, or a different ribbon cable. |

You'll need to tweak the wire that triggers the switch more, or put a different shaped one on it, ( like a Williams shooter lane one ) and be sure the micro mini switch is the kind that depresses easy ... |

Mine has a hole in the right rear lane, right by the switch. Looks like they were planing an up post to hold a ball there.

1816 is a 13 volt bayonet base ( BA9) here is a bulb chart

I would think any of the 14 volt bayonet base ( BA9) should work nicely.

The upper flipper should be in a straight line with the post right in front of it. Yours is out too far.
