Lift the playfield up a bit so you can see under there good. Then move the flipper by hand, see if it is actually catching on the EOS points. If so the easiest cure is a longer point. LTG Smile

Big connector is prone to the pins coming off the DMD having broken solder joints. Not the ribbon cable.

Cold solder joints first, especially the big connector. Try a different DMD after that, or a different ribbon cable.

You'll need to tweak the wire that triggers the switch more, or put a different shaped one on it, ( like a Williams shooter lane one ) and be sure the micro mini switch is the kind that depresses easy ...

Mine has a hole in the right rear lane, right by the switch. Looks like they were planing an up post to hold a ball there.

1816 is a 13 volt bayonet base ( BA9) here is a bulb chart

I would think any of the 14 volt bayonet base ( BA9) should work nicely.
