I have to agree with John,
I used all of Marks products on my BBB also.
His protectirs are great.I use them on all of my machines and the flourescent tube filters work quite well.I'm using 2 layers ...

It does kick out another ball,but for some reason, I thought that if I left the ball in the shooter lane,the Big Bang still registered 4 balls playing and it counted down as they were lost an ...

Same here,I lost all of my settings also.The same has happened to my LOTR twice but not in the last 2 years.
But,In my BBB, I also now only have a one ball BIG BANG. Also only scores X1 too. Sad

I just stuff a rag in the center drain and also the ball eject area and that works fine for me.
