The leading cream that helps with this problem is Novus #2. It needs to be generously applied, often in conjunction with Novus #1 and #3, which are part of the regiment. Some believe that this remedy is purely psychological, like a placebo.

Although there is no scientific data to support the notion, some believe that pleading for an update on the BBB Forum, can bring temporary relief. There is some additional data to suggest that formatting your plea as a poll can result in quicker results.

Experts believe that something called “delivery” may cure this condition.

While we're on the subject of "boy, it's quiet in here", has anyone been contacted regarding volunteer work on BBB? I e-mailed and PM'd the folks in charge about a month back, offering to fly out for a week, but haven't heard word one back.

Tony

I got an e-mail a few weeks ago from TOG:

Tom,

Thank you for volunteering!

Please accept my apologies for not contacting you sooner. It’s just been busy & I’m doing well if my work stays on schedule…

To date, we have seven volunteers on the list from 2.5hrs to 15hrs away (and then those who wish the trip over the pond was cheaper…).

When I get some idea of a schedule, I’ll contact you with details.

Thank you,

The Other Guy[/i]

No contact yet, I would like to help out.

Tom

Come to Lloyd's this weekend for a BBB fix... The "Pinball Circus"... fun time assured and Lloyd plans to have an "elephant" there which will add lots to this year's event.

Hope you can be there.

I sent Kim a DVD of the full interview I did with Gene and two other BBB related videos that will be on Pins and Vids #2. She replied:

Quote:
"With the nappa deal and receiving parts I am swamped up here. TOG is
keeping everyone busy down there and running back and forth to north.

We just haven't had time to post lately.

It's come to the point where work has overtaken free time. By the time we
leave and TOG takes his paper work home to do, we are tired."

I hope she's OK with me sharing this, but I know everyone is really needing an update.

Pins & Vids #2 is coming along. We shot the opening last Saturday and plan to start shooting the desk stuff next Saturday. Along with another comedy bit or two. You guys have no clue how much work it is...

I see the positive thing in this case: everybody has so much to do that there is no time to post here.

I also got a small e-mail from Kim, stating that they are very busy.

That's the reason why i have no news about my "T.D.L.I.G.T." (Tube dancer lasered in a glass tube) project. I am waiting for the ok to go on.

Anyway - an (even small) update would be like water in the desert.
