Hello BBB group…as you know, I have posted on the “Clear Orange Florescent Tube Rings” with tons in interest with nearly 500 views.

Well, they are being made in large quantities, by a well known RGP’er “Cliffy” Mr. Ramp & Kick out hole protector.

I met with Cliffy and another Pinhead who is great at fabricating ad-ons & protection items for our beloved pins at CA Extreme, in California, 2 weeks ago. As I mentioned, we had an opportunity to look inside and under the hood of John Cassidy’s BBB. They took many detailed measurements & photos.

Cliffy emailed me today to let our BBB Group know in his words;
“I have come up with a way to attach them without affecting the tube at all and that a complete set will be ready for test fitting in a couple weeks at most”

I will keep you posted on the progress.

BTW: I have read many posts re: the stenciling on the backbox. I would like to think I’m fairly talented (pins & vids complete side art decaling w/ spray / touch-up painting). But, I would be very nervous experimenting on my BBB w/ a one-pass silk screen borrowed from many other users.

This is great news! Thank you for keeping the flame alive.

I agree with you on the stenciling. After all I have been through, it would be a crime to flub up the back of my cabinet. I would be willing to have it done professionally at the factory for an additional fee.
