Hey everyone,

We finally have our DSL motem problem fixed and have internet access again.

Kati had her first round of chemo last Thursday and other than being sick to her stomach a couple of time, some temporary sore spots in her mouth, a rash and some tired days she is doing great.

We also received the results from the bone marrow test and it came back clean, she has absolutely no cancer in her marrow.

Her cells were reproducing at a rate of 90 - 95% and the cancer is still confined to her neck. It has not traveled anywhere else in her body at this point.

You may not realize what a miracle this all is but we sure do and we want to say thank you to each and every one of you that have kept her in your thoughts and prayers.

AND she still has her sense of humor. Her hair had started to come out, so she and Kristin decided it was time to have some fun, before it completely fell out.

Kati's hair is now a BRIGHT fusia happy5

with white stripes and after all of the stripping, and bleaching and the coloring Kati's hair is sticking to her head as if it were glued on.

She definitely stand out in a crowd!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure we'll all keep the prayers coming. I'll take the night shift (as its day down here when you guys are sleeping! Smile

Well Kati's pink hair has finally begun to fall out.

Looks like we may be bald by the weekend.

I have a hat with an arm coming out of it with a big hammer in the hand. Guarenteed to break the ice at parties! You're a crazy lady - That's why we love ya!

Why not get a couple of those stylin' BBB hats!?!?
