haha, yes i want to change it. dont like the look of the tube dancer being attacked by centipeeds.
i didnt wash the tube with anything. i'll try seeing if i can do anything to the tube to fix it. i found a place on line that sells plexi tube...so might give that a shot.
The game has been in a climate controlled finished basement since i bought it.
Kim, do you have any more dancer tubes? or the raw material these were cut from?

Nice picture! You caught those marks well. That's definitely solvent-induced crazing. The tube was probably wiped down with alcohol at some point. It doesn't always happen, you may have just been unlucky.
If you get me the exact height of the tube, I can reproduce the assembly with one exception - you will need to drill the hole in the correct place for the tube dancer wiggle bar. |

I'd figure it for 2" OD. Will have a crack at it tomorrow.

Testing out the tube dancer replacement now (got caught up with a million things).
so far its working flawlessly as a replacement for the original. I'll test out the modified one soon (most likely this weekend)
my guess is the higher tube will be perfect to stop the weird leg kick of the original.
