I have been patently waiting but see no indication of the prototypes being produced. I seen picts of the gold one and early picts of the proto playfields but nothing since, Anyone know different? _________________ #002 Brass Prototype |

I saw what must have been your game today... brass model #2.
I think I may have snapped a picture. I'll look when I get home (I'm on the Hertz bus hoping I'll catch my plane).

Just curious… “Prototype” What’s that?
I remember there being a couple different BBB options available. As I recall, gold/brass looking rail & gold/brass looking glass lock down bar or Black/Black.
Can you let me know the difference? It's been a while, I have forgotten.
Thanks

The brass Prototype obviously has brass plating on certain parts, I would guess the legs, rails and playfield parts. They also have the clear insert like gene's game between the pop bumpers too. There are only 10 or so going to be produced. They are 7500.00 instead of 4500.00 too. _________________ #002 Brass Prototype |

A friend of mine asked me why there was a yellow insert between the pop-bumpers instead of clear like it was on the one he used to have. I told him that the plans called for a yellow one. Why Capcom used a clear one is anyone's guess. That will be a cool thing to have. I think there might be 11 or 12 "Special" games. Gene mentioned to me last year that he was talking to someone about #100 which was suppose to be Gold at $10K and I think Gene's Gold is outside the normal count.
