I post this here like i got it from TOG so pls use it when needed:

The left return lane flasher and the dance door flasher (socket with bigger wires and WITHOUT diode) are the result of mistakes between the prints. We ended to using a different bulb for those. The correct bulb number is a #1816. With this bulb, they work well.

DO NOT SOLDER A DIODE TO THE FLASHER CIRCUIT!!!!

I found GE 1816 bulbs with cheap shipping from here:
