I don't think any of them are RoHS compliant, hence the early EU shipments. If its not the head bolts, then I'm not sure what's different about it.

Nick got it! I love the Cunninghams, but this internet thing seems to confuse them. I was glad to see them "hopefully" getting a good return on another machine.
