Dang, dang, dang. On the purple metal rail, I noticed, a 1/8" by 1/16" rectangular chip on the rail. You can see the chrome. The game has less than 100 games. I'm guessing an air ball did it based on position.

Which means, these rails will look like crap after 500-1000 games.

My guest BBB has approx 1000 games on it, but no wear on the rail until now.

Seems you had bad luck with the airball. Sad

But a lot of dimpling on the playfield.
