Removing
Ball Trails on Stainless Guides Here's a before and after of a ball guide that was regrained using 220 grit sandpaper. Simply take a piece of 220 grit sandpaper in one hand with the part in the other. Using a STRAIGHT back and forth motion, sand the piece until the ball tracks are removed. You can sand certain areas harder where the track is more pronounced.
